Welcome to JeanMovers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By booking our moving services, you enter into a binding agreement with JeanMovers. This agreement covers the scope of services, pricing, and the terms outlined below. Any additional services requested beyond the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, a deposit is required. Full payment must be made before or on the day of your move unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees

4. Liability and Insurance

JeanMovers takes every precaution to ensure your belongings are handled with care. We offer basic liability coverage as part of our service. However, for high-value or fragile items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance. JeanMovers is not liable for items that are not adequately packed or for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, natural disasters, or delays due to traffic or weather conditions.

5. Packing and Unpacking

Our team will pack and unpack your belongings with care. However, we are not responsible for any damage to items that were packed by the customer. If you choose to pack your own items, please ensure they are properly secured. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper packing by the customer.

6. Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, plants, pets, or illegal substances. Please ensure that any items you plan to move are compliant with local laws and regulations.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to adhere to the scheduled moving date and time, certain conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen events may cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly and work to reschedule as needed. JeanMovers is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by delays outside of our control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the items to be moved, including any special requirements. You are also responsible for ensuring that access to the property is available and that parking arrangements are made if necessary. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or delays.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with local laws.

10. Amendments

JeanMovers reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance and will apply to all future services.
